When should Coins arrive?
The stated delivery time is 1–5 minutes after payment and recipient details are confirmed. Creating an order or payment reference alone does not start delivery or prove payment.
Check the order status and the Coin balance in the TikTok account confirmed for the order.
Can a completed recharge be refunded?
Under the Farfosh policy, no refund is available after a completed Coins recharge. Verify the account, quantity and price before confirming and paying.
If a recharge has not been delivered, is delayed or has an error, contact support for review. This page does not refuse review of an unfulfilled order or override mandatory rights under applicable law.
How do you request an order review?
Send the order reference, recipient account, amount, payment time and receipt through the WhatsApp link on the contact page. Explain whether the issue concerns payment confirmation or missing Coins.
Wait for verification before paying again. Do not send your account password to support.
